“ Tonight was our first night eating out in New Castle. We wanted to try Chinese food. Im Chinatown, we stopped a random stranger and be said this place was his favorite. We ordered many dishes, and they were all tasty, but what I enjoyed more, as an American on vacation, was the authentic unforced kindness of the workers at the restaurant. They went above and beyond making myself, my 2 year old daughter (who was all over the place), and 2 other guests with us, feel welcomed. I even askes for Beef and Broccoli, which was not on their menu, and they made it for me. If you are looking for a great experience, please do yourself a favor and head over to Red Diner and enjoy a night out. P. S. Bring cash to leave a tip. I regret that we did not take cash with us, just 5. I hope this review helps make up for it ”
“ Food is excellent and Staff gave great recommendations. We had Mapo Taufo, Fish with Abergjne and Salad Pork Ribs. But there is some Hong Kong customer speaking so LOUD as if they are giving a lecture. Really spoilt the ambience. The Super Noisy Group is in the photo. Perhaps having some ambience music would be good. ”
“ I booked the private karaoke room for a work do and it was absolutely brilliant. The staff showed us how to use the machine and once we had the hang of it we could queue all our favourite songs. We had amazing food delivered to the room as well as drinks. Service was great and we loved the experience. Great value considering most bars ask for a per person price, whereas the price here is for the room per hour. Thank you! ”
“ Attended with a work party of 17 for the karaoke. It was so good! Downstairs room is great and was big enough to by far for the group! Staff were brilliant, even the joke about 86 for 2 beers made me laugh! Will definitely be back, food next time as well! Thank you! ”
